Why on-site AI consulting still makes sense
Most AI and digital transformation consultancies work exclusively remotely. It's tempting — Zoom, Slack, a few meetings and a report. In practice, in a Polish manufacturing company with 40 people on the shop floor, a staffing agency with 12 coordinators, or an e-commerce shop with an 800 m² warehouse — that doesn't work.
You won't spot the process you want to optimize on a slide. The warehouse worker won't email you that he loses 40 minutes a day because „that's just how it's always been”. The salesperson won't say in a quarterly review that the margins Excel hangs for a minute every time it opens.
That's why at flowbiz we work in a hybrid model with a strong emphasis on physical presence — we visit your company once a month. The rest is implementations, Slack chats and short video calls. This format was chosen by our clients in Pomerania and Kuyavian-Pomeranian — and it works best.
The area where we work locally
Our base is Słupsk. From there we travel to clients across Pomerania and the neighboring Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. Below are the cities where we've delivered projects or run active advisory engagements.

How we work: 1 day a month + ongoing support
The most popular format we use with clients in Pomerania and Kuyavia is one full day a month at your company + ongoing remote support between visits. Every visit has a concrete agenda — it's not a „chat over coffee”.
- 1
Visit at your company (1 day / month)
Meetings with department leads, observing processes on the shop floor / in the warehouse / in the office, KPI review, technology decisions. We leave with a concrete plan for the next 4 weeks.
- 2
Implementation between visits
We (or your IT team) deliver on what was agreed: automations in Make.com / n8n, modules in Open Mercato, integrations, AI models, reports. You track progress on Slack or Asana.
- 3
Short weekly calls
A 15-minute status once a week. What's done, what's stuck, do we need decisions from you. No slides, no over-talked meetings.
- 4
Next visit = effect review + new backlog
We measure what's changed: time saved, errors, turnover, margin. Based on that we plan the next month — not based on guesses.
Industries we serve in our local model
We've picked three industries where we have the most projects and know the operational specifics. We don't pretend to be specialists in everything — but where we do work, we go deep.
E-commerce / retail
Online shops, wholesalers, distributors. Order automation, accounting integration, margin reporting, AI in customer service and product descriptions. Examples: stock-level synchronization, AI-generated product descriptions, auto-invoicing and e-archiving.
Manufacturing
Mid-sized manufacturers — sewing rooms, orthotics, furniture, metalworking. CPQ, production planning, sales–production integration, ERP based on Open Mercato instead of Comarch. Examples: quote configurator, production plan from orders, B2B customer self-service.
Staffing / care agencies
Senior care agencies, temporary staffing agencies, employee leasing. CRM (e.g. Hrily) integration with Make.com, automated transfers, SMS, documents. Examples: auto-SMS to caregivers, one-click transfers from CRM, Hrily integrations with Gmail / Sheets.
IT company from Słupsk — IT and AI services for local businesses
We are an IT company from Słupsk. For clients from our city and the surrounding area — Ustka, Lębork, Bytów, Człuchów — we offer a full package of IT services: consulting, process automation, integrations, custom implementations on Open Mercato and basic IT support.
We're not a corporate integrator from Warsaw nor a software house agency. We're a small, experienced team that knows the local market — we've worked with manufacturers from Pomerania, care agencies from Słupsk, e-commerce shops from the Tricity. That lets us understand your reality faster and not waste time getting up to speed on your industry.
What sets us apart from a typical consultancy
- 1
Process first, tool second
We don't sell „license X” or „package Y”. We start by understanding your company and only then propose a tool.
- 2
Concrete metrics, not slides
Every project has a measurable goal — hours, errors, margin, turnover. Slides are a side effect, not the product.
- 3
Local presence
We don't fly in from Warsaw once a quarter. We're 1–2 hours' drive from your company. That changes the pace of implementation.
- 4
No vendor lock-in
We rely on open solutions (Open Mercato, n8n, our own overlays). When we part ways, everything that works stays with you.
