AI-first operating systems for companies

AI starts with understanding the process, not with picking a tool

We start where your company is losing time — not with the choice of tool.

Recognize this pain? That's what we do for you

We don't sell a template. We tailor the system to how your company and your industry actually work.

Family businesses & SMBs

All the knowledge lives in people's heads and in 40 spreadsheets. When a key person goes on holiday, the company slows down.

What it costs you: Typically 4–8 h a week spent searching and re-keying between spreadsheets.

Out of spreadsheetsProcesses in one placeNo IT department needed

Manufacturing & workshops

Orders on paper, statuses „on someone's desk", inventory counted from memory. A client calls and nobody knows what stage their order is at.

What it costs you: Typically 30–60 min a day spent working out where an order stands.

Production ordersSchedulesInventory levels

B2B trade & distribution

Clients call and email their orders, custom price lists live in the rep's head, and invoices are re-keyed into accounting by hand.

What it costs you: Typically 2–4 h a week re-keying orders and invoices by hand.

Escaping Comarch and low-code

You pay per user, and the system still can't be bent to your process. You want ownership and control, not another rental.

What it costs you: At 20 people, the licences alone run to over 30,000 zł a year.

No per-user feesYour code, your dataFull customization

These ranges are estimates from our rollouts, not a promise. We work out your own baseline together in step 2 and write it into the contract as the starting point.

How we start

From a conversation to a prototype in 24 hours

You tell us what hurts — and we show it as a working prototype. We assemble it with AI, usually within hours; or if you prefer, we'll show you the tools so you can shape the idea yourself and come with a ready draft.

Our operations are scattered across Excel, Slack and email. We need one place for tickets, approvals and reminders.
fb
We'll turn that into an organized system: forms, workflow stages, permissions and action buttons for the team.
fb
The team logs cases, assigns owners, approves changes, gets reminders and a full audit trail — all from one panel.
K
Can we add AI that summarizes tickets and suggests next steps — without losing control?
fb
Yes — we build the prototype with AI, e.g. in Lovable or Claude Code, usually within hours. We'll even show you how to do it yourself and come with a ready draft.
Prototype in 24 h

Got your process on paper? Take a photo.

It is the same first step as the consultation, just without the call: send 2 shots of your notes or spreadsheet (no client data). Within 24 h you get the same working prototype — and it is just as free.

Send photos on WhatsApp

No strings attached. We don't store your documents.

Want to move faster? We'll show you how to assemble your own prototype in Lovable or Claude Code — come with a ready draft and the conversation takes off.

The engine under the hood

We build on Open Mercato

Open Mercato is an open-source framework for building CRMs, ERPs and operations panels that gives you 80% of the system out of the box: authentication, roles, multi-tenancy, catalog, orders, an AI assistant, 12+ ready-made modules. We only add the 20% that makes your company's advantage — which is why we work in weeks, not months.

But it's not a religion. If your current tools work well, it's often cheaper and faster to integrate them than to replace them. We fit the solution to the problem — not the problem to the solution.

No per-user feesNo vendor lock-in MIT license · GDPR / EU hosting

Ready-made modules

Catalog, orders, users, audit, search — from day one, in a coherent architecture.

AI from day one

A built-in AI assistant, report generation, data classification — without bolting on integrations.

No per-user fees

At 20 people, Salesforce licenses cost over 30,000 zł a year. Here you pay for the deployment, not per head.

Your code, your control

You extend via overlay, not a fork. Core updates don't break your customizations.

How we work

From a conversation to a working system — step by step

We don't start with code, but with understanding how you work. After each stage you get a concrete result and can step off — with no commitment to the whole.

1

Free consultation and a prototype

30 minutes on one real problem with the biggest return — say the invoicing chaos that blocks decisions. Within 24 h we come back with a working prototype and a scope recommendation. 0 zł, no obligation.

2

Plan and quote in writing

Only after the prototype do we design the architecture and integration plan. You get a roadmap and a fixed-price quote in writing — and that is when you decide whether we go ahead.

3

Build with weekly demos

We configure the system, integrate your tools and train the AI agents. A live demo every week — you give feedback as we go.

4

Flexible rollout and support

We roll out calmly, without paralysis — if one department isn't ready, we start with another. After launch we don't vanish: we train and keep developing.

Before you look at prices

Work out your side of the sum first

A price only means something next to the number it is meant to replace. Below is the sum on typical assumptions — you fill in your own in step 2, before anything starts.

Manual work today
2 people × 6 h a week
Over a year
about 600 hours
What those hours cost
about 45,000 zł a year
Rollout — Foundation package
from 14,900 zł

On that sum the rollout pays for itself in 4–6 months — and that is the cautious reading, because we deliberately cut the effect by 30%.

An estimate at 75 zł per working hour. This is not a promised outcome but a sum we work through with you on your own numbers — and write into the contract as the baseline for settling up.

Pricing

We teach publicly what we deploy for clients

In the latest episode we show when a process deserves its own system — and when it is more honest not to build one. We share what we learn on real projects, not slide theory. The episode is in Polish.

Questions & concerns

Honest answers before you call

I don't have an IT department — is this even for me?
Yes, and it's the most common case. We handle everything end to end: configuration, integrations, training, hosting. Your team just needs to be able to use a browser — we take care of the rest. If you have an IT person, we're happy to work with them and hand over the knowledge.
How long does it take and what drives the cost?
A simple system for a small team we set up in 4–8 weeks, a full deployment with integrations up to 14 weeks. Cost depends on scope — and scope only becomes visible on something that runs. That is why we start with a free consultation and a prototype within 24 h (0 zł), and only then do you get a fixed-price quote in writing. No surprises along the way.
What about my data from Excel and legacy systems?
Migration is part of every deployment. We move data from Excel, Subiekt, Optima, Salesforce, HubSpot — essentially anything you can export from. Before migrating we show a sample to verify, and the old system runs until the switch-over — with no downtime.
Will you trap me with you? What if we part ways?
No. We build on open source under the MIT license — no vendor lock-in and no per-user fees. The code and data are yours; you can host them yourself, order an audit or develop the system with whoever you like. You pay for the deployment and support, not for a rental.
Is it secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, fully GDPR-compliant. You have access to the code, so you can commission your own security audit. No hidden data transfers outside the EU.
How is this different from Salesforce or Comarch?
Three things: control (your code and data, not theirs), cost (no per-user fees — at 20 people Salesforce is over 30,000 zł a year in licenses alone) and fit (we change literally every element to suit your process). Those give you their system on their terms — we give you yours.
How is an „AI agent" different from an ordinary chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent does the work — plugged into your system it knows the data and rules, so it prepares a quote, updates a status, generates a report or catches a gap on its own. Sensitive actions are always approved by you. It's more of a digital worker than a chat window.
Do I have to replace all my tools?
No. If something works well — it's often cheaper and faster to integrate it than to replace it. We plug in accounting, warehouse, Allegro, BaseLinker and more. We replace only what truly slows you down. We fit the solution to the problem, not the other way around.
We manage without it. Why would we take this on now?
Maybe there is no reason to — it comes down to one number that only you know. Count how many hours a week your team spends re-keying data between a spreadsheet, email and accounting. Two people at 6 hours a week is roughly 600 hours a year, which at 75 zł an hour is about 45,000 zł going every year into running the process rather than into its result (an estimate on your own assumptions — we work out the real baseline together before anything starts). If that sum comes out small, we will say plainly that a spreadsheet is enough for you. We do that regularly — and a year later those same people come back with a bigger problem.
