Privacy & Cookies Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This policy explains how flowbiz processes personal data of visitors to flowbiz.pl and how we use cookies and analytics tools in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
1. Data controller
The data controller is flowbiz — [full legal name and form], registered at [address], tax ID (NIP) [___].
Data enquiries: kontakt@flowbiz.pl.
2. What data we process
- Data you provide in the contact form / when booking a consultation (e.g. name, email, message, chosen time slot).
- Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser type, referrer, events) — collected by analytics tools only after you consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries, contact and booking handling — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties).
- Analytics, performance measurement and marketing (incl. Google Analytics) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. your consent given in the cookie banner.
- Ensuring the site works and is secure — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TG5JCD9K) and Google Analytics 4, operated under Google Consent Mode v2 — by default, consent for analytics and marketing storage (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) is DENIED until you consent in the banner.
- Necessary — required for the site to work and to remember your consent choice. No consent needed.
- Analytics / marketing — Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager. Loaded only after you click “Accept all”.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser (which removes the stored choice and shows the banner again) or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
5. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data may be entrusted to processors acting on our behalf: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Calendar), our hosting provider, and [other providers — to be completed].
For Google services, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under GDPR-compliant mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy decisions).
6. Retention
- Correspondence and contact data — for as long as needed to handle the matter and for the limitation period of any claims.
- Analytics data — per Google Analytics retention settings and until consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
