Sound familiar?
- An enquiry sits in the inbox until the evening because the salesperson is at a client. A competitor replied in twenty minutes.
- The same data gets typed three times — into a spreadsheet, into the system and into accounting. Every time there is a chance of a typo, and every time somebody's hours go into it.
- You find out something is missing from the client. The system had it in the data; nobody looked at the right moment.
What changes
The point isn't to make people click faster. The point is that some of the clicking stops being anyone's job.
| Today | After rollout |
|---|---|
| The enquiry waits for a free moment | The quote is ready at once; the salesperson only approves it |
| Data re-keyed by hand between systems | It moves on its own, and a mismatch reaches someone as a ticket |
| Gaps and errors surface with a complaint | The agent flags the gap before the order moves on |
| The report gets written when somebody finds the time | The daily summary is waiting on your phone in the morning |
Hire digital workers who never take a break
This isn't a chatbot. These are AI agents plugged into your system — they know your data, processes and rules. They do the work themselves, and you just approve the decisions.
Sales Agent
Reads a client's inquiry, matches products and pricing, generates a quote and sends the follow-up — before the competition even picks up the phone.
- Quotes in minutes, not days
- Automatic follow-ups
Operations Agent
Keeps an eye on orders, statuses and deadlines. Moves data between systems, catches gaps and escalates anything that needs your decision.
- Zero manual re-keying
- Nothing slips between systems
Reporting Agent
Each morning you get a company summary on your phone: sales, bottlenecks, anomalies. Ask in plain language — it answers with a number and a chart.
- A full company view from your phone
- Questions in natural language
When we advise against it
An agent executes rules, so it needs rules to execute. If the price that goes to a client is decided by the owner's judgement rather than by something you can write down, a quoting agent has nothing to do — and we will say so. Writing those rules down comes first, and that is workshop work, not a rollout.
Before you ask
Will an agent decide things for me?
Not until you let it. By default the agent prepares and proposes, while sending a quote, approving an invoice or changing a price is confirmed by a person in one click. We only run things unattended when they are reversible and cheap to undo — and we say exactly which ones those are.
How does the agent know what is true here?
From your system, not from the internet. The agent reads the same database your team works on and acts inside the permissions you grant it. When data is missing it raises a gap instead of guessing — that is set explicitly, because a guessing agent is worse than none.
What if the agent gets it wrong?
Every action stays in the audit log: who, what, when and on what data. A person makes the correction and the system records it as such — which is a signal to fix the rule, not to switch the agent off. We track how many of those corrections happen, because that number shows whether the agent is really saving time or just moving it.
Let's see it on your process
On the call we take one repetitive job from your company and show what it looks like done by an agent. Within 24 h we come back with a working prototype — no obligation.
