The challenge
A maker of eco bags, pouches and cosmetic cases produces to order. Every quote meant manual maths — cost depends on quantity, fabric type, add-ons (print, variants, packaging) and delivery region. With a growing portfolio and custom orders, the queue of spreadsheets became unmanageable, and no-code tools could not handle the logic of textile production.
What we built
Open Mercato deployed as the foundation of a custom manufacturing ERP.
A bespoke natura_pricing module — calculation straight from the bill of materials: fabric plus labour plus variants, with margin, VAT, discount, a small-order surcharge, print and add-ons.
Pricing rules (margin thresholds, labour costs, print and delivery rates) managed centrally.
The whole process covered: enquiry, quote, material planning (BOM), production, shipment.
