Are the listed prices net or gross?+
All amounts in the pricing are net. We add 23% VAT to every invoice in line with the applicable regulations.
Is the implementation price fixed, or can it change?+
After the “Plan and price in writing” stage you get a fixed-price quote — fixed scope, fixed price. It only changes when you deliberately expand the scope. No surprises along the way.
How does payment work?+
We settle the implementation in three instalments: 30% to start, 40% at the halfway point, 30% on acceptance. The initial prototype is free, and the contract and KPI baseline (ROI) are included in the package.
What is the free prototype and what does the KPI baseline give me?+
The free prototype is a clickable sketch of your solution within 24 h — you see the result before you sign anything. Once you decide, we set the KPI baseline: how many hours go into manual work and errors today. That's what we use to calculate the real return on the implementation (ROI).
Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?+
Yes. The system is modular — you start with Foundation, and as the company grows we add more processes, integrations or AI agents. You don't have to spend everything at once.
What happens when the support from the implementation package ends?+
The support included in the implementation (1–12 months) ends at some point, and the system stays. You can then switch on a support package (SLA) with a guaranteed response time — or manage on your own, because the code and data are yours.
