Sound familiar?
- To find out how many invoices are waiting for approval you have to open a laptop, log in and click through to a view. So nobody checks.
- What the company knows sits in three systems and in one person's head. When that person is away, the answer waits until tomorrow.
- The reports exist, but nobody reads them, because they land by email at seven in the morning along with everything else.
What changes
We are not adding another panel to log into. We are adding one place where you ask in a normal sentence.
| Today | With Hermes |
|---|---|
| An answer means logging in and finding the right view | The answer arrives on Telegram, with a number and its source |
| Deadlines are remembered by whoever remembers them | Hermes watches deadlines and reminds a named person |
| An action in the system is a task for someone at a desk | The action goes from your phone, once you approve it |
| A report has to be requested or built | The report comes out of a question asked in plain words |
Your company's brain in Telegram
You chat with Hermes like a colleague — and it knows your company's data, processes and resources. It answers, reminds and takes actions. It's what sets flowbiz apart from agencies that stop at simply deploying a system.
When we advise against it
Hermes answers from data, so it is worth exactly as much as that data. If stock levels are counted from memory today and job statuses live on paper, Hermes will be a confident source of things that are not true. In that case the system and the data come first and Hermes after — and we say so on the call, before anyone pays for it.
Before you ask
Why Telegram and not your own app?
Because nobody has to be onboarded into it. An app that has to be installed and learned loses to a messenger the team already has on their phones. If your standard is a different channel, we connect that one — the mechanics are the same.
Doesn't that push company data outside?
Hermes runs on your system's side; what travels through the messenger is the conversation, not the database. Access is per person and per permission: someone in the warehouse can ask about stock but not about salaries. We set that scope during the rollout and record it in the data-processing agreement.
Does Hermes work without a full system rollout?
In a limited way, yes — it can answer from whatever is already connected, such as accounting or a spreadsheet. But the less data underneath, the less sense it makes as a purchase: you end up with a nice chat over one file. The honest threshold is having a single source of truth for at least one process.
See Hermes on your own data
In the demo we show the conversation on a process from your company, not on a sample database. 30 minutes, no obligation.
